The classic crunchy almond. The most domestic and ancestral version of Sicilian nougats. In the caramelized honey at the right degree of cooking, we dip a cascade of hot, freshly roasted almonds. To complete the flavour and enhance the look, we add a generous quantity of green pistachios from Bronte d.o.p., real gems that color the appearance and enrich the taste.
It accompanies the sunniest wines of the oenology of the Mediterranean coast countries, as well as cognac, armagnac and calvados. Pair also with slightly peaty whiskeys aged in second-use wooden barrels.
